Mi nombre es Denise Marisol Serrano Herrera tengo 35 años y estoy mas feliz que nunca!

Hoy termino un reto más! Estoy muy motivada pues esta sensación de Terminarlo me hace sentir orgullosa de mi misma pues antes me inscribía y no lo terminaba.

Este reto me eh mantenido corriendo junto a mi esposo que me inspira y me motiva pues sinceramente odiaba correr, me cansaba muy rapido.

Pero con los productos de Yor eh podido mejorar mi rendimiento, además de la disciplina, empecé corriendo a un ritmo de 8min 36 segundos por kilometro y ahora ya hago 7min por kilometro y es facinante poder correr a un ritmo mas rapido y sentir el viento.

Soy una amante de la naturaleza y todo lo organico, por algo soy fan de YorHealth y el Yorbestbody.
