mi peso regular siempre habia sido cerca de los 70kg. mi estilo de vida era activo pero me hacia falta algo mas, una alimentacion saludable, motivada por mi equipo me animaron a entrar el reto, al principio mis deseos eran acercarme lo mas posible a un cuerpo definido del abdomen y de las piernas, pero conforme fue pasando los dias mi estado de animo tambien mejoro al punto de elevar mi autoestima y sentirme bien conmigo misma y eso se reflejaba a mi alrededor, los prodcutos que me ayudaron sin duda es yor Amp, los probioticos y las enzimas, ya al final empece a tomar los verder riquisimos. fue un cambio de habitos que sin duda me dieron un gran empuje a perseguir mis sueños, no siempre realice ejercicio en casa, pero minimo 5 dias a la semana si.
