My name is Fernanda Castillo, I am 21 years old and I am a crossfit athlete and lover of a good nutrition.
I decided to enter the challenge because I wanted to have a parameter from which to measure my changes during quarantine, it was a very hard stage for me because when I entered quarantine I had to put aside the weights and the bars so I was a little scared to lower my muscle mass. Before the challenge I felt very good with my body, however I did not feel the same resistance that I feel now, in turn I was not in my total physical shape because I had just suffered an elbow injury.
