Hola ! Mi nombre es Mariana , decidí ingresar a este reto después de completar uno , donde logre bajar de peso , pero mi cuerpo quedó un poco flácido , después de tener a mi hija nunca volvió hacer el mismo , es por ello que decidí volver al reto , mi principal obstaculo hacer ejercicio , soy emprendedora , mamá, ingeniera , estaba en cursos de actualización , tareas con mi hija , tenía que cumplir con todo en un día , pero gracias a Los suplementos Yor solo bastó unos minutos al día para moverme y ejercitarme .
Iniciaba con un té de limón (bareoils ) , después de una hora mis jugos verdes , en la comida enzimas digestivas , antes d ellas 5 pm mi AMP y cerraba con mi Shake vainilla ..
