Ya había iniciado mi confinamiento cuando decidí entrar al RETO.
La falta de actividad física, no ver a las personas que normalmente veía, el miedo al contagio y todo lo que se nos vino encima, hizo que me sintiera muy mal de ánimo, me sentía deprimida y empece a modificar mis hábitos alimenticios, no para bien.
