Hola familia Yor! Soy Maria Rosa, tengo 33 anos y este reto significa el inicio de nuevos habitos, un cambio de estilo de vida :)
Me encanto el proceso, los productos son increibles, me encanta esta version de mi, una version en consturccion porque esto es el inicio de muchos cambios :)
Iniciaba mi dia corriendo o rutinas de cardio, despues abs, ayuno de entre 12-16 variaba despues preparaba mi greens con 4 vitaminas, berry blast, bare oils limon (1 gota), y despues yor shake o un desayuno ligero y las comidas y cenas sin grasa y ligeras con colaciones como gelatina, jamon y asi y finalizaba con CBD :)
