Estoy muy contento de compartrles lo que vivi durante estos 56 dias ya que fue un reto diferente ya que estaba acostumbrado a Hacer ejersicio en un giimnasio y con la pandemia pues estan cerrados, por consecuencia los vuelos se han reducido y pues la mayoria de los pilotos estamos en casa, que si no hubiera sido por el yor best body spude continuar cuidandome desde casa:)
que fue lo que use... absolutamente todo .. el paquete de 8 semanas es el ideal para cumplir culauiera que sea la meta que te propongas, :)
lo que use fue cada mañana.. al despertar
1 capsula de probioticos ,
1 medida de super greens con 1 scoop de fibra con 1 sobre de berry blast.
vitaminas 2 tabletas en cada comida.
enzimas 1 capsula en cada comida solida.
repair 2 capsulas antes de domir
fibra: 1 porcion con agua antes de dormir
Yor shake. 1 porcion despues de hacer el ejercio que realice desde casa y otra porcion durante el dia como snack.
mi favorita es la mezcla de shake de vainilla con aceite esencial de limon
shake de chocolate con 1 medida de super greens.
