Estoy muy emocionada de seguir en el reto y mejorar mi salud y físico, avanzamos! Al siguiente nivel, baje 3 kilos y ahora estoy impaciente de inscribirme en el reto de tonificar!
Estoy contenta porque mantuve el ritmo, pienso que lo seguiré haciendo así de ahora en adelante, la energía y la sensación de descubrir nuevos sabores porque te vuelves más receptivo a ellos cuando estás limpiando tu cuerpo , está etapa ha sido de descubrir o redescubrir aromas y continuar ampliando nuevas recetas con los productos de Yor!
