Debido a una lesión de columna que tuve en noviembre de 2012 con mas de dos meses de incapacidad subí 12 kilos. Para recuperarme tome Yor Repair y las vitaminas, mi digestión tuvo un fuerte cambio ya que no eliminaba. Esto no me permitió bajar de peso en los meses posteriores.
Con gran temor a no lograr bajar inicie el reto,me enfoque en mi digestión para lograr resultados. Tomaba Probióticos uno al levantarme,la Fibra con Super Greens en ayunas, Complette Born uno a las 9 am y otro a las 3 pm y Yor Digest uno con el almuerzo. A la semana de haber iniciado los resultados comenzaron a darse, mejoró mi digestión, menos barriga, mas cintura. A la tercera semana muy animada por mi cambio empece a hacer ejercicio 3 veces por semana, pero todos los días camino al menos media hora. El día de hoy que termino este reto tengo 5 kilos menos de peso, inicie en 73 kilos y hoy termino pesando 68 kilos, mucha menos grasa corporal, mas cintura, mas curvas,músculos tonificados, me siento mas saludable, activa, me veo mas joven, la confianza en la empresa es total y lo mejor de todo es tener a mi hija Feliz con mi cambio y animándome todos los días a seguir...
