Es increible como deja uno de cuidar lo que comes y cuando menos esperas ya estas con sobrepeso no deseado.
Inicie mi reto con 85 kilos y debido a una hernia hiatal que padezco en mi estomago me produce agruras; las cuales no me gustan para nada . Inicie con caminatas diarias de 7 o 9 kilometros diarios y con ayunos de 14 a 15 horas. Me tomaba por las mañanas al levantar 2 capsulas de AMP, 2 capsulas de Yor REPAIR, 1 capsula de Yor PROBIOTICS y 3 capsulas de Yor Vitamins.En mi comida fuerte 2 capsulas de Yor DIGEST.
