Hola mi nombre es Larry, siempre he tenido problemas con mi peso porque mi trabajo requiere de mucha demanda de tiempo lo que me mantiene siempre sentado y con malos hábitos alimenticios, he retomado la suplementación, la he agregado a mi alimentación diaria, y apesar de que no tengo una alimentación adecuada, sentí mucha mejoría en mi sistema digestivo, por la mañana siempre me tomaba mi yor supergreens y posteriormente mi yor shake, sustituí los panes que comía por las mañanas, más tarde comía mi desayuno con mis yor digest ultra, en la comida también, al igual que en la cena.
