Decidí volver a inscribirme al reto de 8 semanas puesto que de esa manera me ayuda a mantenerme enfocada en hacer ejercicio pero sobretodo cuidar lo que como, siendo esta tarea mucho más fácil gracias a los suplementos, por que a la hora de comer mi mente es un caos pero cuando sé que voy a tomar la malteada, el supergreens o el berry me siento tranquila, y sin preocupación de engordar.
Realizo actividad física entre 3 a 4 veces a la semana, ya sea que me ponga a bailar o me suba en la elíptica o haga ejercicios de fuerza.
