Hola a todos, no sé ustedes pero ya me estoy habituando a ejercitarme sin salir de casa. Lo que hice este ciclo fue basicamente un entrenamiento para todo el cuerpo que incluye un poco de meditación, de cuatro a cinco veces a la semana alternando algun día con cardio, además del Yor Best Body En Casa.



Mi régimen:

Al despertar agua con BARE Oils de limón y antes del desayuno SuperGreens + Fiber Plus

Antes de entrenar cardio (o cuando me acordaba) 1 cap de AMP

Desayuno/después del entrenamiento o junto con la cena, YorShake

Con los alimentos más fuertes, Digest + Vitaminas

En la tarde con la comida, Berry Blast

Antes de dormir, Probióticos + Repair



Parecería que estando en casa habría mas tiempo de hacer más cosas pero había días que no me rendían tanto las horas, este tiempo me ha servido para estar consciente de organizarme y ser más eficiente en el momento. Estoy feliz con mis resultados y ya quiero empezar el siguiente ciclo, cada vez que termino uno me gusta aun mas lo que veo en el espejo, me da mas confianza y vitalidad.
