Hola, soy Jesús Orozco pero me dicen BOND, este reto en particular fue el mas retador para mi, aunque logré mantener mi peso no me fue posible tener la disciplina suficiente para marcar mi cuerpo, el estar en casa en resguardo por la pandemia no me es favorable y me cuesta mas trabajo.
Aun así estoy muy contento porque gracias a los extraordinarios suplementos he podido mantenerme saludable y en buena condición, ya que en la familia fuimos víctimas del COVID-19 y solo bastaron unos cuantos días para poder recuperarme.
Para mi es muy importante el ayuno intermitente y poder romperlo con Super Greens, por las mañanas tomo los probioticos y el Repair, a media mañana tomo 2 AMP, durante la comida tomo 2 enzimas y para cerrar el día una deliciosa malteada de Vainilla combinada con la fibra y una gota de aceite de limón.
