Hi, I’m Vicente and I just turned 52, and some weeks ago I decided to start a home based workout program as I have done before. But this time was different... when I tried to start I wasn’t able to do a single push-up. I got really scared! My first thought was “I’m beginning to get old”. But instead of letting that idea to sink in I decided to do something and enrolled in the 8 week best body challenge. And man it was the best decision! The changes in my body were amazing, about 4 weeks into the challenge I was able to follow the workout routine almost effortlessly and my mind began to get in shape too. My overall weight loss was about 13 pounds but I must have dropped nearly 20 pounds of fat and my muscle mass improved, now I just made a promise to myself to continue this process until I drop all the excess fat and achieve the best body I’ve ever had.
