Hola! yo soy Verónica Aquino, soy médico y actualmente estoy en contacto con pacientes que tienen covid, desafortunadamente descuidé mucho mi alimentación hace unos 3 meses, no tenía orden en los horarios, deje de tomarme los suplementos, subí de peso y se empezó a descontrolar mi digestión, decidí iniciar el reto hace 8 semanas empecé con mi orden alimenticio, mis ayunos, mi suplementación y ejercicio en las mañanas antes de salir al hospital, mi digestión me lo agradeció muchísimo jaja:
