Iniciar este nuevo reto fue maravilloso e inspirador, debido a la pandemia es más complicado poder llevar una vida activa así que tuve que hacer un esfuerzo más grande para llegar a mi meta. Estuve suplementado mi alimentación con Mi té metabólico de canela y limon en ayunas, mis cápsulas de AMP y vitaminas posteriormente, un delicioso licuado de YORGREEN para un mayor aporte mineral y vitamínico, mi SHAKE DE CHOCOLATE, a la hora de comer mis cápsulas de DIGEST, tome diariamente BERRY para tener más energía y mi SHAKE por las noches, para terminar el día con mis capsulas de REPAIR.
