Hi My name is Nora Tapia, I am 53 years old, a mom and have a 13 year old child.

I joined the challenge because my goal was to tonify, and during this quarantine I was going to have very little physical activity, and it has always been hard to tonify at my age!! So I decided to do the yor best challenge even though I knew it was going to be a challenge during a quarantine of 3 months because for sure I will be eating more!

My initial weight was of 138 lbs / 62.5 kg and the final one of 136 lbs / 61.6 kg! I know I didn’t loose much, but I gain more muscle !!!

I Take all the YH products

.My goals were to tonify, but my goal changed to just be the best version of me, and it was amazing that in only 8 weeks I feel really good and healthy!

This was my regimen:

Upon rising:

1 Yor Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR Repair Ultra

Broke fasting with 1 glass of YOR SuperGreens

1 capsule of Yor AMP before excercising

Did 1 hr of my eliptic and weights 3 x a week

After my exercise for breakfast 1 glass of Chocolate MRP with my YOR Fiber Plus;

Afternoon: I would strictly take YOR Digest Ultra before my lunch

At night before bed –3 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins

I am very happy for the result, for the excellent nutrition and because I have great energy all day long!
