Me llamo MELY Maldonado tengo 46 años de edad, estaba en casa trabajando por la pandemia desde marzo y quería no subir de peso, tener mi sistema inmune fuerte, subir masa muscular , marcar más mi espalda y brazos, mejorando mi abdomen .
