Hola! Soy Conchita De la Peña, en mi larga vida nunca antes me había dado la oportunidad de hacer ejercicio. Después de 2 cirugías (tiroidectomía total y mastectomía parcial). Los médicos me recomendaron hacer ejercicio para tratar de recuperar un poco mas mi salud. Comencé hace un año y medio una rutina de ejercicios tres veces por semana.
