Hola, mi nombre es Giovanna y tengo 34 años, estoy muy feliz de poder realizar por segunda vez este reto, que para mi se ha convertido en el mejor estilo de vida.
Realizo 6 veces a la semana actividad física practicando yoga y pilates mat, para tonificar mi cuerpo, estabilizar mis articulaciones, mejorar mi elasticidad y sobre todo seguir mejorando mi postura por mis antecedentes de escoliosis.
Realizo ayuno intermitente 6 veces a la semana de 16 horas.
Todos los días por la mañana antes de comenzar a entrenar tomo 2 tabletas de AMP con 250 ml de agua.
Durante mi entrenamiento tomo 1 sobre de berry blast.
Al terminar de entrenar realizo mi desayuno el cuál consta de YOR SHAKE+FIBER PLUS, 2 tazas medidoras de cada uno en 500 ml de agua.
Antes de comer tomo 1 tableta de AMP Y 1 tableta de DIGEST ULTRA con 250 ml de agua.
