Este cambio significo mucho para mi, tenia mucho tiempo de no hacerlo por las actividades del trabajo y no darme un tiempo para mi, durante mucho años fui deportista de alto rendimiento y siempre dijo yo nunca voy a dejar el ejercicio, pero sucedio.
Nunca pense que pudiera lograr bajar 8 kg consumiendo los productos y haciendo ejercicio basicos en casa, estoy muy feliz pero sobre todo imprsionado por los resultados.
