Mi nombre es Rafael Bermudez Tengo 21 años de edad y actualmente soy estudiante de la carrera de ingeniería en computación.

El motivo para entrar a este 3 er reto fue bajar el índice de grasa corporal y aumentar el índice de masa muscular.

Este ha sido un reto muy complejo para mí, pues el entrenamiento tuvo que ser en espacio muy reducido ,debido a la contingencia.

El día de hoy que acabo este reto me siento mucho más ligero y con mucho más fuerza con la que contaba.
Mi rutina de alimentación era de un ayuno intermitente de 16 -18 horas .
Iniciaba mi día con un YorProbiotic y agua un Amp a medio día.
SuperGreen para romper mi ayuno y a la hora de la comida pollo, bisteck o pescado con verduras.
