Hola soy Zully tengo 46 años de edad, tengo 6 meses de ser parte de Yor Health y me siento muy contenta, pues este es mi segundo reto de Yor Best Body y he bajado mas peso y he logrado subir el músculo, gracias a mis nuevos hábitos de alimentación y nutrición sana, apoyada con los suplementos de Yor Health como: Yor shake, Super greens, Yor Digest Ultra, Yor Probiotics, Yor fiber plus. También implementé una rutina de ejercicios. Por cierto participe en los eventos especiales de Yor Best Body vía Zoom, con maestros profesionales, lo cual me pareció increíble ya que fue un incentivo para mi.
Gracias al Reto de 8 semanas bajé 4 kilos, logrando así la meta que me puse. Pues como comenté en el reto anterior, me era muy difícil bajar los kilos que tenía de más y cuando lo lograba, de inmediato los recuperaba.
Hoy es distinto en este Reto, pues mi cuerpo absorve y asimila totalmente diferente. Cuando me miro al espejo me gustó más y me veo y siento más linda y feliz.
