Estoy feliz ya que superé mi meta! Subí 4 kgs de masa muscular, 1 más de lo que pensé que podría! Seguí haciendo mi rutina de 1 hora de ejercicio en mi horario de comida 4 días a la semana.
Tomo todas las líneas de productos de YOR Health. Desayuné todos los día MRP + Fibra + Supergreens y 3 vitaminas. Con todas las comidas me tomé 2 digest ultra, antes de cenar tomaba Fibra + Supergreens y 1 cápsula de probióticos antes de dormir. Después del gym 2 repairs.
