Mi nombre es Jairzinho, mejor conocido como Jair. Tengo 46 años y es la primera vez que realizo el reto.
Me gusta hacer ejercicio pero quería mejorar aún mas mi condición física, fortalecer mi salud y mejorar mi cuerpo.
Mi rutina es: realizo diario 1 hr de cardio y 30 minutos de pesas y abdominales (los intercalo 1 día y 1 día), todos los días antes de iniciar mi entrenamiento tomo 1 cápsula de AMP y 1 scoop de Supergreens y durante mi entrenamiento me hidrato con Berryblast, posteriormente antes de desayunar tomo 1 cápsula de Digest Ultra (ambas cápsulas con 250 ml de agua).
He terminado mi primer reto con aumento de masa muscular, pérdida de grasa y peso, con una mejor condición física y sobretodo una mejor salud.
