Este reto fue diferente a los demas, con la cuarentena tenia dos opciones... comer todo lo que estaba en el refri o aplicarme al ejercicio y los suplementos... y escogi lo segundo..

estoy en mi mejor peso desde hace años!!! tenia mucho buscando bajar a 85 kilos y hoy estoy pesando 82-83 kilos... estoy en una de mis mejores formas en los ultimos 15 años y lo mas increible... este año cumplo 41...

Sinceramente, uso el AMP para arrancar el dia antes de entrenar... dependiendo del tipo de ejercico que me toca en el día a veces me tomo un shot de proteina antes de entrenar o sino terminando un shake completo de proteina, me gustan las dos, pero la de chocolate tipo frappe queda espectacular...

durante el entrenamiento no puede faltar mi Berry Blast... se ha convertido en mi mejor aliado para los entrenamientos.

y el super greens como snack a medio dia y a media tarde... lo preparo con hielo, limon y tajin!! jejeje

estoy super contento y ahora vienen nuevos retos!!!
