Hace tiempo practicaba box y nadaba aproximadamente 2 km, me gusta hacer ejercicio, pero por la pandemia COVID 19 y en este nuevo estilo de vida ya no puedo ir al gimnasio y por ansiedad empecé a comer más comida chatarra y subí de peso.
