Estoy muy satisfecho con los cambios que he sentido en mi cuerpo, de por si soy una persona sana y toda mi vida he procurado cuidar de mi salud, sin embargo si he notado diferencias en mi organismo al incluir los suplementos a mi vida.
Mejoro mi digestión, y al momento de hacer ejercicio tengo más energía.
Realizo en promedio entre 3 a 4 días a la semana ejercicio en casa.
Los productos que he usado son probióticos y repair en ayunas, supergreens en el desayuno o a media tarde, la malteada también la tomo en el desayuno, y las enzimas a la hora de la comida.
