Hola hoy estoy muy contenta por el progreso que tuve durante este reto, porque con todo lo que estamos viviendo en el mundo, el ejercicio me ayudo a mantener no solo mi cuerpo si no tambien mi mente ocupada y gastar la energia que tengo enfocandome en cosas mas positivas, por esto y por las clases con personas tan importantes y privadas que nos da la compañia estoy feliz de haber tomado la desicion de inscribirme al reto, toda la linea de suplementos me encantan, mi rutina es la siguiente al levantarme lo primero que tomo son los probioticos y Yor repair, despues supergreens, en cada comida tomo digest ultra y mis vitaminas y por las noches finalizo con repair.

Hoy me siento muy bien, satisfecha con mi cuerpo, con mi piel, con mi organismo y sabiendo que puedo lograr cada meta que me proponga y con muchas ganas de avanzar cada vez mas.
