Mi mayor admiración es la capacidad física e intelectual del cuerpo humano.
Bailarina de corazón, siempre en movimiento y buscando nuevas oportunidades que me permitan desarrollar esas capacidades.
Sin embargo, la situación de estar en casa no me motivaba a seguir ejercitándome y el no poder asistir a los salones de baile me entristecía y mi cuerpo empezó a perder fuerza y ganar flacidez.
GRACIAS a Yor Best Body at Home reencontré una manera divertida de volver al ejercicio y en conjunto con la suplementación adecuada logré nutrir verdaderamente mi cuerpo. Se nota y así lo siento!!!
Mi día comenzaba con 1 Yor Repair (lo tengo a lado de la cama). Rompía el ayuno con una cucharada de Supergreens + Fiber Plus. Sustituía el desayuno con Yor Shake. A la hora de la comida, 1 Yor Digest con mis alimentos. Por último 1 Yor Repair antes de dormir.
Me ejercitaba 5 días a la semana. Alternaba el ejercicio por las mañanas y las tardes, y al terminarlo, tomaba Yor Shake. Así que en algunas ocasiones disfrutaba Yor Shake de vainilla dos veces al día. :)
