Hello !! I am Alejandra Perez
I am a single mom with one son he has autism and also I have hypothyroidism .
I enroll to my second challenge motivated to improve my health and also to continue taking care of my body specially during this pandemic .
I am feeling grateful to Iris Gomez who is certified and is my personal trainer , we worked together via zoom every morning and she gave me some tips and she motivated me to never give up and she made a huge change in my life . and My goals were to sculpt my body and also to just be the best version of me and it was amazing that in only 8 weeks my body had this transformation !!!
This was my regimen :
Upon rising : Yor probiotics, Yor repair and 15 min before of my work out YOR amp with my super greens , Yor fiber plus and berry blast all together .
Afternoon : I would take YOR digest Ultra with lunch and YOR essential vitamins .
At night : One scoop of YOR shake with YOR essential vitamins .
I work out two times per day and I never gave up , on the contrary I always feel motivated for the great results that I have.
I am very happy for the result , for the excellent nutrition and because I have great energy all day long .
