Mi meta era poder incluir en mi rutina diaria ejercicio para poder tener mayor beneficio de salud
acompañado con los suplemento de Yor que a diario consumo .
He estado usando los productos de Yor desde el año 2014, a raiz de un episodio de
Peritonitis con varias complicaciones .
Todos los suplementos me ayudaron mucho ,pero no habia podido incluir el ejercicio
