I get interest in the 8 weeks body challenge in order to lose weight and get better healthy lifestyle. I´m Chemical Engineer with almost 30 years on water treatment. I did almost half hour per day of exercise and after that I toke supergreens with fiber, after the berry blast, at the end yor digest with yor shake. My wife did some protein snacks with Yor Shake Chocolate and Supergreen Iced Lollipop to eat in the middle of the meals when it was necessary. Before the 8 week challenge my body was more wide and weak since I have not made any exercise and little water drinking.
