Estoy muy contento por decidirme a hacer el reto. No solo mejore mi aspecto físico sino también estoy mucho mas contento y con mas vitalidad. Mi rutina comienza con Vitaminas y Probioticos por la mañana en ayuno, después hago 45min de Ejercicio, al finalizar tomo la proteína.
