Mi régimen durante este reto en casa enfrentó las consecuencias de la cuarentena y sucumbió ante todas las tentaciones posibles sin embargo no dejaron de ayudarme a que mi organismo no lo resintiera tanto.
Estuve tomando 2 gotas de cbd en ayunas y más tarde 1 cápsula de AMP, 1 probiótico y 2 YOR vitamins
Mi desayuno incluyó super greens y proteína hemp orgánica.
Mi comida incluyó 1 enzima digestiva y 1 AMP + otras 2 vitaminas
En la noche tomaba mis otras 2 vitaminas para completar las 6 diarias que se recomiendan.
No incluí ejercicio regular durante este reto en mi día a día aún así me siento satisfecha de haber podido completar este reto en casa y agradezco infinitamente el apoyo de la comunidad y de la compañía por sus maravillosos productos de caidad premium que seguramente no dejaré de usar y recomendar por el resto de mi vida.
