Hola Challengers!

En este reto logre bajar 6 kg, mi meta era 8, pero estoy feliz porque baje casi 2 tallas de pantalon, tenia siglos de no entrar en pantalones talla 32, desde que entre a la universidad, y fue divertido comprar ropa nueva, ya que la que tengo literalmente me veo como Resortes jaja y se me viven cayendo los pantalones.

Al igual que el ciclo anterior, me tome diariamente Probiotics Ultra, Repair y Essential Vitamins, en conjunto con mi vaso de SuperGreens con agua y jugo de manzana, camino a la oficina me tomo mi YOR MRP junto con Fiber Plus.

Durante la mañana, en lugar de tomar mis dos latas de refresco me tomo 600 ml de agua helada con 2 sobres de Berry Blast, para agarrar pila, y no quedarme dormido sobre mi laptop, jajaja

En cuanto a ejercicio, durante este ciclo hice muy poco, ya que tuve trabajo en exceso, y no pude darme el tiempo de salir a correr por las noches, una vez por semana si acaso, pero no pude ser constante.

Por ultimo, el reto me ha traido mucha felicidad ya que tenia años de no ser talla 32. Logre brincar la barrera de obesidad a sobrepeso en mi IMC, y eso es grandioso.

Espero en el siguiente reto ser mas disciplinado con la alimentacion "normal" y poder salir a correr mas constantemente.
