hola tengo 31 años.

Durante los últimos años habia dejado de lado mi salud, le daba mas importancia a otras cosas, y entonces conoci yor health y decidi aplicarme y ponerme en mejor forma fisica y tener un mejor rendimiento,

antes de la comida tomaba SuperGreens.
