There are few people in the world that truly pursue their childhood dreams and I swore from a young age I would become one of them. I have always known I wanted to be a fireman. I wanted to be the hero that would save and protect people from dire situations and be the reason my community could sleep soundly every night. However, as life trudged on, I would wake up every morning for my current profession and realized I had slowly morphed into one of those empty people. The people hitting the snooze button over and over again, procrastinating driving to work, sitting through their day with blank eyes in misery forever counting down the seconds before they would be released back to their life only to realize they had to return there in the morning. I felt defeated. I grew depressed with my hectic work schedule as the manager of the largest car wash in Indianapolis and felt as though I was drifting further and further away from my dreams. The only thing that would keep my depression at bay was working out daily, but my work hours made it very difficult to find a consistent gym time. It was a vicious cycle that I couldn’t seem to have the motivation to break – I guess that’s what depression does to you. It kills your internal drive to pursue anything. I fell into a deep rut and lost hope.
Then, my friend Brent called and told me about the “8-Week-Challenge.”
I knew as soon as I saw “The Challenge” it was a sign for me to change and to get my life back on track. I decided to purchase the best body set and quickly fell in love will all the products. The Yor shake was my favorite product and I quickly started incorporating a few of them into my daily meal plan, along with taking the entire product line. I am extremely competitive by nature and I set out with the mindset and belief that I would win first place. However, it was difficult to find time with my work schedule. I was so exhausted from my long hours that most nights I didn’t want to think about the gym but I knew it was for the best. I had to make time to cook healthy meals and remember to put myself first rather than my job. I was in it to win it and I refused to do the challenge half way. It was time to put down the donuts and pick up the dumbbells. I am the type of person that if I am not making great progress in my life that is noticeable, I give up. “The 8 Week Challenge” gave me immediate results and it is the main reason I stuck with it through the entire cycle. My challenge goal was to lose five pounds of fat and gain five pounds of muscle. I went well beyond my expectations and now have a defined six pack! I am in the best shape of my life and never dreamed I could look the way I do now. Above all, the challenge has given me my confidence and life back. I no longer allow my job to dictate my day and I dropped my drone-like-employee behavior and finally decided to pursue my childhood dream of being a firefighter. The challenge pushed me to such a pinnacle point of health that I am officially on the waiting list to be hired for my local fire station and I could have never done this without the YOR Health 8 Week Challenge.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions.
