Para este reto que fue mi primero estuve tomando la.mezcla metabólica con Bare Oils, ésta mezcla incluye A.E. de limón, menta, naranja, jengibre, canela y lemon grass, todos los días en 1 vaso agua tibia, después de 2 horas 1 probiótico, una hora antes del almuerzo y comida 1 de la grasa es amp, 1/2 hora antes del almuerzo tomé mi super greens y la malteada con la fibra a veces en la mañana a veces en la tarde noche y ya no cena...las viraminas batallo para pasarlas y se me olvidan..??las enzimas digestivas con cada comida....empecé con 69 kg. Y terminé con 64, y el ejercicio entre 20 minutos y 1/2 hora diarias los 7 dias...
Me sentí siempre satisfecha tomando todos los suplementos y aunque me gustaría perder un poco más de peso me siento Muy Feliz por haber completado mi primer Reto y por haber perdido esos 5kgs que seguramente no volveré a subir ya que no dejo mis suplementación ni el ejercicio.
