I’m Jorge Lozano, I am originally from Monterrey, N.L. but I live in Texas, since 2012. I just turn 43 years old this month and this is my second YOR Best Body challenge I successfully completed. The reason I decide to join this challenge was because my overweight was causing problems in my knees and lower back, the doctor said I need to lose weight.
During YOR Best Body at Home, my routine was as follows:
I started my daily routine with a hot glass of water and add 1 drop of ginger and 1 drop of lemon essential oils. Then I prepare my green juice mixing YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus, and take one capsule of YOR AMP and 1 capsule of YOR Repair Ultra.
For lunch I take a capsule of YOR AMP and then have a healthy meal with 1 or 2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra. Later, a have a light snack during the day and for dinner I prepare my protein shake with vanilla or chocolate, and 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra.
I normally ride my bike in the morning, and I take my berry blast with me all the times to keep up my energy during my exercise. I also do intermeeting fasting because it has help me with my energy levels and also to lose weight naturally. Following this routine allowed me to have my cheat meals without remorse.
After 56 days I started with 193 lbs/87.5 kg and my final weight is 182.4 lbs/ 82.7 kg, I’m still not in my weight but I know I’m in the correct path for achieving my goal. I remember last time I weight this was in my 20’s, that’s a long time ago. For sure in the next challenge I will make it, I’m very motivated to continue doing this challenge until I get the results I want and hopefully motivate more friends and people to have a better health.
