Life can really teach you some valuable lessons!!!
When I got married 24 years ago I weighed 152 pounds and on me that really did look great :) I had my first baby and after the birth I weighed 168 pounds :o ok so I lost 8 of those pounds (160) and then I had my second baby and after the birth I weighed 172 pounds (uh oh) ok so I lost 5 pounds (167) but then I had another baby and after the birth I weighed 181 :( and I didn't lose any of those pounds...well not for a while. Over the years I would do the cabbage diet and lose a few, I did no carbs and lost more than a few or I would just try not to eat all day and then eat at night (not good at all) I have bought every exercise tape known to man (well all except insanity) and I would do them and eventually get bored.
I wasn't going to start any kind of plan this summer until my daughter Jessica talked to me about the 8 week challenge and I am sooooooooooooo glad I decided to try it! I love everything about the YOR products I've been taking. Every morning I started my day out with an MRP for breakfast, 1 vitamin and a complete burn. For my midmorning snack I would have fruit or yogurt and for lunch I had a mixed leaf salad. For supper I usually had 4 ounces of lean meat with a dinner salad or some kind of green vegetable and 1 vitamin. If I didn't have the fruit for midmorning snack I would have super greens mixed with water. I tried to drink 8 to 10 8 ounce glasses of water everyday (at first this was hard but now water is all I want)
I walked 3.5 miles some days, I went to a workout facility, and I started P90x just recently so I am moving and getting some exercising in these days, and I know for me exercise with a good healthy diet plan I do get rid of the excess, unwanted, annoying weight.
I didn't reach my goal weight but I am 13 pounds lighter than I was and I didn't get sick, weak or nervous with the YOR supplements. I usually diet for a couple of weeks and I get very sick and anxious and that's when I would end the diet and go back to my crappy unhealthy ways. I love what I've been doing for the past 8 weeks and I am going to continue this healthy plan and make it my new way of life.
