Comencé el proceso, porque decidí llegar a los 50 años en la mejor forma física y mental. Aunque aún falta más de 1 año y medio para la meta final, era hora de comenzar.

Siempre he sido una persona que le gusta el ejercicio, y realmente siempre lo he hecho, peor llegó un momento en que no veía resultados y es por eso que la opción de YORHEALTH de complementar mis rutinas con proteína, vitamina, digestivos y otros productos me ha caído excelente.

Empecé a bajar esos kilitos que ya no se dejaban y nuevamente mi cuerpo comienza a verse en mejor forma. El mayor reto como siempre es en la cintura y la panza, pero con este reto de 8 semanas lo he logrado disminuir y voy por más.

Mi rutina fue más o menos así:

Al levantarme dos gotas de Limón, dos vasos de agua, un repair y un probiótico

Entre 40 a 50 minutos de ejercicio de alta intensidad. Dos veces a la semana incluí media hora de pesas.

Al terminar la rutina de ejercicio 2 porciones de Yor Shake y una de Yor fiber plus, 2 amp y 2 vitaminas. Una taza de café

Alrededor de 11am super greens y el berry blast.

A las 2pm mi comida, con un Yor digest y dos vitaminas

Para cenar 2 porciones de Yor Shake y 2 vitaminas
