Wow what an 8 weeks, I spent most of my 20s being fat and let’s just say my 30s has been a different story after have the wake up call of almost being 100kgs, I am now determined to be the best version of myself at 36 on the inside and out, I knew this challenge would help me to be motivated and accountable.

For the first weeks I had the usual sore body but I think having a vision of the better version of myself in my head along with the products and better eating made a massive difference. I went from sleeping in every morning to bouncing out of bed and making the most of every day.

I used the probiotics upon waking then a protein shake before training and mutli-vitamins and digest with my meal after training, which I did 5 days a week with 2 rest days.

I am on a roll and so greatful for this experience and am going to enter the sculpt competition so watch this space!!
