Durante las 8 semanas del reto me sentí contenta y motivada, sobre todo porque si pude bajar de peso, padezco tiroidismo de Hashimoto y en 2017 empecé a subir de peso, subí 12 kilos, pesaba 61 kilos cuando empecé a subir. Estuve con nutriólogo y medicamento y no podía bajar de peso. Empecé el reto consumiendo probióticos en la mañana, Repair y AMP. Después super greens. A media mañana un Yor Shake con una tasa de fresas, comida normal, hasta con postre. A media tarde una fruta o snack de amaranto y de cena otra malteada unos días por semana y otros días una ensalada. Bajé 4.7 kilos y 12 puntos de grasa. De grasa visceral bajé 4 puntos. También consumo Great Ful, 5 gotas por día. Estoy llena de energía, contenta, enfocada, sin dolores de articulaciones. Ayer tuve revisión con mi endocrinóloga y me felicitó porque estoy mejor que nunca en los últimos dos años. Voy a seguir con otro ciclo de reto para ir por otros 5 kilos más. Gracias Yor Health!
