Mi nombre es esmeralda León, estoy muy agradecida por los resultados que he tenido y porque me he mantenido en cada reto.



Por las mañanas al despertar tomo 2 YOR AMP y 1 YOR probiotic, con 2 litros de agua y un sobre de YOR berry O con una gota AE de menta o una gota de limón.
-Acompañada de 1: 20 min. De ejercicio y posteriormente. Me tomo un coop de YOR SHAKE de chocolate en 350 ml de agua y un coop de YOR fibra con AE de menta y mis 2 YOR Vitaminas.

EN LAS COMIDA:
Durante la comida me tomo 2 YOR diges,1 YOR AMP, 2 YOR vitaminas, tomo solo agua o agua con YOR berry a compañado de AE de limón o menta.

NOTA:Deje todos los lácteos,refrescos,creo carbohidratos, solo comidas sin grasa, son enpanizados, más verduras, ensaladas y casi 3 litros de agua al día.

PARA LA CENA:
Durante la cena, solo me preparo mi YOR súper greens coop con 1 coop de YOR fribra con hielo, limón y tajín.

Durante las primeras 6 semanas fue un ayuno de 14 Hrs. Y las umtimas 2 semanas un ayuno de 16 hrs.
