Holaaaaaa!! soy Paco y estoy muy contento con mis nuevos resultados del Reto YOR Best Body. La verdad es que yo siempre he sido una persona que tiende a subir de peso muy fácilmente... y ahorita con la pandemia y el tema de estar en casa, había subido bastante. Pero además de los productos, convivir con personas como el equipo de YOR en el día a día me ha ayudado a entender mejor mi cuerpo y aprovechar sus fortalezas. No logré bajar todo lo que quería, pero logré más de la mitad y me siento super bien.

Los productos que usé son: YOR Shake y Super Greens, Digest Ultra, YOR AMP y ahora que empecé a entrenar más fuerte YOR Repair por las noches. La combinación es genial porque estoy entrenando como nunca en mi vida y mi cuerpo está respondiendo con muy poco dolor, me permite seguir la rutina super bien de lunes a viernes y puedo caminar jajajaja porque a veces pasa que si te excedes entrenando no puedes ni caminar.

Entreno, como ya dije, de lunes a viernes, una hora aproximadamente con peso y de 5 a 15 min de cardio.
