Hola mi nombre es Hilda y soy una fan del Yor Best body en casa. Estoy entusiasmada con mi segundo reto completado, me gusta porque me permite estar comprometida conmigo misma. En el proceso pasé de una recuperación de vértigo (pequeños mareos) y en el inició solo me ejercitaba 1 par de veces por semana, me tomé toda la linea de suplementos de manera constante, todo iba bien, hasta que empecé a perder fuerza y sentirme con dolor muscular, siempre me he mantenido aislada, me encontraba sola en casa y con mi familia, me dio fiebre, me sentí mal y pensé puede ser que tengamos covid, aumenté mis dosis de vitaminas y de suplementos, para ayudar mi salud, agregué cbd sublingual y suficiente hidratación, principalmente agua, tes calientes, caldos y consomés de verduras hasta sentirme bien, estoy optimista porque creo que la suplementación que tiene Yor Health ha hecho en mi y en mi familia grandes beneficios y nos ha mentenido en una salud óptima.
