Hello everyone,

My name is Arianna. I’m 20 years young. I’m from Minnesota. I took on this challenge because I saw an opportunity to finally reach my weight goal in a more simple and healthier way.

I was always struggling with my weight after I had my daughter and that was way back in 2016. I tried starving myself, eating more or less of certain foods, and of course I tried to working out. Starving myself wasn’t healthy and made me really insecure. Dieting was hard to maintain. Too many cheat days. And I couldn’t stay consistent with gyms. 9/10 I was too busy working or taking care of my daughter I had no time for the gym. I tried home exercises but I never was motivated enough. My weight was going up and down.

Losing those 18 pounds really brought my confidence back and also my energy. I don’t feel bloated or 3 months pregnant anymore! I can fit my size 9 way better and zip them ALL the way up without suffocating myself. I can wear dresses and tight shirts without worrying about rolls showing. It’s truly a good feeling to get my body back.

I used all of the supplements following the dietary plan daily. I started going to the gym every now and then after my 5th week in the challenge because I felt motivated again. I’m working towards abs!! This challenge brought me back to the center of my axis. I’ve learned so much about my body and really want to keep myself healthy. Making sure Im not taking my golden body for granted anymore! I can now help and influence my friends and family and even strangers to take care of their health and life a better lifestyle!
