Hello. My name is Irma Reynoso, I am 50 years old, I enjoy so much my life, I like to much going to restaurants, and parties, on vacations, music, movies but I am focus in my job, it is about purchasing, imports and logistics, so I am always in stress constantly and all my life I have been fighting in loosing weight. I was gaining weight for no reason and it has been very exhausting paying to doctors and being on a diet constantly buy without success in the long run. And just read this, it has been difficult for me to achieve the shape and 55 kilos / / 121 lbs since 10 years ago. It s just incredible!!!
A friend of mine invited me to the YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE but at the beginning I didn´t believe in this another treatment.
Despite of this past experiences , and the pandemic, I followed the instructions as my friend told me.
I started with 12 hours of fasting and I’m currently at 15 hours. Also I focus in myself , in the goal, and I work out & have fitness every day.
Now I feel BETTER THAN EVER !!!!!!! since I signed up for YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE at Home Office, I feel so AMAZING!!
My weight was 61 kg / 134 lbs and I dropped down to 55 kg / 121 lbs. So I am very thankful with the YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE. I love more myself, sooooo happy and proud of me due to I lost 6 kilos, 13 pounds, in 8 weeks.
The clothes that didn’t fit before now fit for instance dresses I love and my next goal is to weight 55 kilos / 22.67 and to use bikini next December 2020.
I am so thankful and happy, that I really want to share with you, all my friends how much the YOR Health products are helping me lose weight, having a better physical, mental and spiritual health, and want to invite all the people to join the Challenge and to know how is the way to loose weight definitely, without weight rebound.
Now my habits are as follows : In the morning, I take 1 YOR Repair with lemon and warm wáter. Then 1 YOR Berry Blas with Yor Shape to have a better performance in my workout, which I do 7 times a week for 60 min. After the workout and after the 15 hours of fasting I take YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber. After one hour I take 2 scoops of YOR Shake. Then I eat vegetables and protein as meat, chicken or fish. I love Salmon by the way. l. At 7 pm I eat my dinner the same sort of meals . I also take YOR Digest Ultra, 2 caps with each meal. Then before going to bed I take 1 capsule of each YOR Repair with YOR Probiotics
I definitely would like to keep running the race at YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE to achieve my perfect weight,
I will keep working out 7 days, 90 min per day, and more enthusiastically.
